Terms & Conditions
1. All deposits are non refundable.
2. All outstanding balances must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to start of course.
We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if full payment is not made by this time.
3. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any workshop at any time.
Should this situation occur participants can accept the alternative arrangements, other workshops, or have their monies refunded in full.
4. Cancellations must be made by email and telephone.
The date which the cancellation is received determines the cancellation charge.
The cancellation charges are worked on a percentage of the total price;
57 days (8 weeks) or more prior to course start date 100% refund less deposit
29-56 days (4-8 weeks) prior to course start date 50% refund less deposit
0-28 days (0-4 weeks) prior to course start date 0% refund
5. All special requests (including dietary or disability requirements) must be made known at the time of booking. Our Suppliers and The Photographic Journey team will endeavour to accommodate all special requests but due to the nature of the trip cannot guarantee that requests can be met.
6. The Photographic Journey does not accept responsibility or liability for death, bodily injury or illness caused to the participant unless arising from a negligent act by one of our employees.
7. The Photographic Journey does not accept liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or interruption to travel services due to adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances.
8. Participants are responsible for their own transfer costs and arrangements.
